Because all marketplace products are digital goods that are immediately accessible after purchase, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under the conditions below.

Every product has a live demo available before purchase. We strongly encourage testing the demo before buying.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

• Email hello@xofa-technology.com with subject "Refund Request – [Product Name]"
• Include your order reference number and registered email
• Describe the issue clearly with steps to reproduce and screenshots if applicable
• We will respond within 2 business days with a decision

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Nigerian bank transfers typically process faster (2–5 days). You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

In cases where a product partially meets expectations or where only certain features are affected, a partial refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
